Section 1 of 1 in this document

Waste Containerization Application

To support Hoboken’s rodent mitigation efforts, all large multi-family properties with greater than 50 units must comply with the Waste Containerization Ordinance authorized by the City Council in Chapter 110 of the Municipal Code. These regulations mandate the containerization of waste from large multi-family buildings, rather than using plastic bags. The Department of Infrastructure will review containers proposed by each building to ensure that they can be collected by the City and its contract hauler.
