When the application is approved by the Director of Transportation and Parking, the applicant will then be required to submit the necessary fees made payable to the Hoboken Parking Utility. The Signal & Traffic Division will then install the flexible bollards/delineators on the property. In the event your flexible bollard/delineator is destroyed or lost, the City of Hoboken is not responsible for replacing it. Should the application be denied for noncompliance with governing laws, then a denial letter will be mailed to you for your records.
