The Activity & Field Permit Request Form you are about to complete requires supplemental documentation and payment:

There is a Permit Fee of $125.00 (per hour) for any individual requesting use of the City of Hoboken's facilities.

You can make a check or money order payable to “The City of Hoboken“ and bring or mail it to 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030.

Note: There is a reduced fee of $50.00 (per hour) for 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations. This fee may be waived at the discretion of the Direction of Health and Human Services. These permittees must supply an insurance rider indemnifying the City of Hoboken or sign a waiver which would hold the City harmless.
