The City requires the organizer of any reserved use of public space to apply through this Event & Park Request form.

This form will determine any supplementary documents, permits, and fees that are required of your event. You will be requested to upload these documents while completing this form. Your permit will not be approved until you provide all necessary documentation.


Once your permit is approved, you will receive an email with your signed and approved permit attached. You must keep this permit with you throughout the duration of your event.


Note:

Your permit will not be valid until you submit all forms of payment indicated on the permit form. All payment must be made via check or money order to the "City of Hoboken" and mailed to or dropped off at 94 Washington Street Attn: Department of Human Services.


Note

: If your event is on private property (such as a parking lot or vacant lot) AND the event organizer is NOT the property owner, the property owner must sign a release and indemnify the city.
