Is your business physically located within the boundaries of the City of Hoboken, NJ?
Is your business currently registered as a business with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Taxation?
Is your business a for-profit entity?
Has your business been in operation since at least March 15, 2020?
Can you demonstrate that your business is operational at the time of application submission?
Is your business expected to be operational after local and state emergency guidelines are rolled back?
Is your business a publicly traded company?
Does your business have any current or unpaid liens or taxes and is not operating in violation of any state, federal or local laws?
Does your business employ 25 full-time equivalent employees or less (equivalent to 1,000 total average weekly hours for all employees) as of March 15, 2020?
