Application for Driveway Permit

Failure to acknowledge or abide by the conditions set forth in this application may result in revocation of your driveway permit per §190-41.1 of the Hoboken Municipal Code.

Certification of No Fees for Driveway Parking

By checking this box I certify that I will not charge any fee for permitting anyone to park a vehicle in front of my driveway.

Certification of Proper Parking Orientation and Clearance

By checking this box I certify that the parked vehicle will be parallel to the curb in front of the driveway.

By checking this box I certify that I will ensure that the vehicle will not block access to the sidewalk.

Certification Regarding Multiuse or Connecting Driveways

By checking this box I certify that my driveway is not multiuse or connecting, and I am aware that no permits shall be issued for such driveways.
